Recipe Fajitas Roll saya

This morning i made fajitas again. Just nak share my recipe & definately bukan ciptaan sendiri tapi google ler...nowdays x susah cari kelas memasak. Nak belajar masak anytime je..semua hanya di hujung jari anda. cewah!!! ok back to my kongsi & bagi recipe ye...

Bahan-bahan untuk merinate

Garlic pepper

Parsley

Paprika

gine rupenye - kasi tabur semua spices girl kat atas ayam ni

perap 1 malam ye

mix vege - button mushroom

capsicum red , yellow & green

spring onion

tomato

tortilla bread

masak/grill ayam witout any oil in non stick pan

guna api sederhana

masuk kan vege + sedikit garam

ketulan ayam yang dimasak tadi saya cut into small pieces

lastly boleh la di wrapkan mengikut kepakaran cara anda melipat ...jangan guna cara lipat baju plak ye!

but don't forget letak la ape2 sauce tambahan mengikut citarasa anda

i.e 1000 island, mayonis, black pepper, cheese etc

Swing High

This is my hubby's dream ever - a swing at our garden. Dari riak wajahnye and deeep inside in his eyes, i saw  how bless he is to see his kiddy are happily playing tis swing. Having tis swing from UK ni (tq to my fren yg tolong belikan) was not our plan or even cross over my mind at all n bukan dlm budget garden pon.
Lagipun area garden bukan besar manepon. At first i just suke2 minta my fren belikan barang from ebay.UK, once my hubby pon nak join mengorder tetiba dlm list dia nak "outdoor swing" plak. Wohoo i thot it's not a serious order tapi he insist to have tis. Witout feeling menyusahkan orang lain, i dengan muke tebalnye mengconfirmkan order with my fren kat UK. Arrangement agak leceh pasal pesan atas pesan kat orang lain +  shipping lagi. Ohhh tuhan sungguh mempermudahkan segala urusan ini.
Of course compare price jauh lebih murah walaupun dah termasuk upah & shipping cost.
He just love to have tis.
And i'm truly bless kepadamu Tuhan atas segala-galanya, as i still remember he whispered "I wanted to spend my life & my precious time with my kids and wanted to see them happy"

Suatu ketika dahulu me & family adalah pecinta Chillis. Our favorite dish was "fajitas" and "kids eat free"...hahaha. Tapi atas sebab kesedaran yang menebal we boikot pasal No Halal certificate..not only chillis other restaurants yang serve liquor we try to  avoid. Alhamdulillah berjaya bertahan walaupun kekadang mcm adoiiiii sedapnyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Fajitas ni actually simple jer ..tapi d taste and the sauce to ada sometin unik bila makan. Anyway hasil meng'google' resepi bermula and let's try babeh!!!!
